At Delgado Law Firm, PLLC, we pride ourselves on being a friendly and easy-to-talk-to law firm. We always want our clients to feel comfortable coming to us with their legal issues and to trust that we will take care of them no matter how challenging their issue may be.
Working out of our office in Southaven, we have provided legal services to residents in Mississippi and Tennessee since opening in 2007. Though our law firm’s primary focuses are in the areas of criminal law and immigration law, we also provide counsel in the areas of family law, workers’ compensation law, estate planning and probate litigation, personal injury law and real estate litigation.
Meet Our Attorney
Attorney David Delgado
Mr. Delgado is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee, and has been helping clients tackle difficult legal issues for 15 years. He received his B.A. in 1997 from the University of Notre Dame. Later, in 2000, he graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law with his J.D.
Mr. Delgado has had many opportunities to address legal concerns over the course of his career. He has worked for the United States Department of Justice, the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee and Puerto Rico, as well as having been an attorney for various private law firms.
In addition to providing services at our law firm, Mr. Delgado also serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Southaven and one of the youth court public defenders for the Desoto County Youth Court.
He is one of the many staff members at our law firm who speaks Spanish.
